POSXS Access Control respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, POSXS Access Control will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, POSXS Access Control will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy , POSXS Access Control will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. POSXS Access Control will update this Privacy Policy from time to time .
When you agree to the POSXS Access Control Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the POSXS Access Control Service Use Agreement.
1. Scope of application
a) When you register for a POSXS Access Control account, you provide personal registration information as required by POSXS Access Control ;
b) When you use the POSXS Access Control network service or visit the POSXS Access Control webpage, POSXS Access Control automatically receives and records information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and webpage records you request;
c) Personal data of users obtained by POSXS Access Control from business partners through legal means.
You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:
a) Keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by POSXS Access Control ;
b) The information and data collected by POSXS Access Control that you publish on POSXS Access Control , including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and evaluation details;
c) Any violation of laws or POSXS Access Control rules and any measures that POSXS Access Control has taken against you.
d) The App has a function for employees to upload photos. This App is for companies to use facial recognition equipment for employee attendance. If your employees need to use facial recognition in attendance equipment, you need to upload photos through the App, or upload photo data to the album. You can decide whether to use this function based on your needs. The uploaded photos will be saved in the database of the Alibaba Cloud server, and you have control over your own account. You can delete and save the photo data yourself.
e) The App has a field location punch-in function, which requires obtaining the user's current location information. You can decide whether to use this function based on your needs. The location information will be retained in the Alibaba Cloud server.
2. Use of Information
a) POSXS Access Control will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information (including photos and facial information) to any unrelated third party , unless you have obtained your prior permission, or the third party and POSXS Access Control (including POSXS Access Control affiliates) provide services to you individually or jointly , and after the service ends, it will be prohibited from accessing all the information it previously had access to.
b) POSXS Access Control also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information for free by any means. If any POSXS Access Control user engages in the above activities, POSXS Access Control has the right to immediately terminate the service once discovered .
c) For the purpose of serving users, POSXS Access Control may use your personal information to provide you with information that interests you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with POSXS Access Control partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
3. Information Disclosure POSXS Access Control will disclose your personal information in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or legal provisions in the following circumstances :
a) Disclose to a third party with your prior consent;
b) We must share your personal information with third parties in order to provide the products and services you request;
c) Disclosure to a third party or administrative or judicial institution in accordance with relevant legal provisions or the requirements of administrative or judicial institutions;
d) If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations or the POSXS Access Control service agreement or related rules, you need to disclose it to a third party ;
e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, you should disclose the information to the respondent upon request so that both parties can resolve possible rights disputes;
f) In a transaction created on the POSXS Access Control , if any party to the transaction has fulfilled or partially fulfilled its transaction obligations and made an information disclosure request, POSXS Access Control has the right to decide to provide the user with the necessary information such as the contact information of the other party to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes.
g) Other disclosures that POSXS Access Control deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.
4. Information Storage and Exchange The information and data collected by POSXS Access Control about you will be stored on the servers of POSXS Access Control and/or its affiliates. Such information and data may be transmitted to a country or region outside your country or region or the place where POSXS Access Control collects such information and data and may be accessed, stored and displayed outside the country.

However, if you choose to refuse to accept cookies , you may not be able to log in or use the POSXS Access Control network services or features that rely on cookies .
c) This Policy will apply to information obtained through cookies set by POSXS Access Control .
6. Information Security
a) POSXS Access Control accounts have security protection features. Please keep your username and password information safe. POSXS Access Control will ensure that your information is not lost, abused or altered by encrypting user passwords and other security measures. Despite the aforementioned security measures , please also note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.
b) When using POSXS Access Control network services to conduct online transactions, you will inevitably need to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the transaction counterparty or potential transaction counterparty. Please properly protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary . If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially the POSXS Access Control user name and password, please contact POSXS Access Control customer service immediately so that POSXS Access Control can take appropriate measures.
